Refund Policy

Airless Tire Systems (“ATS”) is committed to customer satisfaction and stands behind the quality of its products.

Customers may request a return within 30 days of delivery, provided the tire is unused, unmounted, and in its original condition, including all original packaging, labels, and documentation.

All returns must be pre-authorized by ATS. Customers must contact our support team to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) before shipping any item back. Returns sent without prior authorization may be refused or returned to the sender.

Once an authorized return is received and inspected, ATS will issue a refund to the original method of payment for the purchase price of the product. Refunds are typically processed within 7–10 business days after inspection and confirmation of eligibility. Original shipping charges and taxes are non-refundable, unless otherwise required by law or the return is due to an error by ATS.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is determined to be defective, damaged upon delivery, or incorrectly shipped. In such cases, ATS will arrange for a replacement or return shipment at no additional cost to the customer.

ATS reserves the right to deny or reduce refunds for items that are returned damaged, used, mounted, altered, or not in their original condition. Items damaged during return transit due to improper packaging are the responsibility of the customer.

This return policy does not apply to final sale items, special-order products, or items purchased for commercial or fleet use, unless otherwise stated in writing.
